Check that the package is intact before the motor is opened, and there are no signs of moisture.
After the motor is opened, it should be careful to clear the dust and rust layer on the electric machine.
Check in detail whether the data contained on the nameplate, such as rated power, voltage, frequency, speed, wiring, etc., are consistent with actual needs.
Check whether the motor is deformed or damaged during transportation, whether the fastening part is loose or detached, and try whether the hand rotating motor is flexible.
Measurement of insulation resistance with 500V megabytes should not be less than Zhaoou. Otherwise, the stator windings shall be dried.
1. During the installation of the motor, large impact axial forces are not allowed to be used to prevent damage to parts such as bearings.
2. When installing, the motor shall be guaranteed good ventilation conditions, and the air cover shall not leave less than 30mm of space.
3. The outlet direction standard of the junction box is installed as an upper outlet, and the outlet is to the right(viewed from the drive end). It can be replaced in three directions other than the shaft extension direction. When it is necessary to redefine the direction of the outlet of the junction box, Four screws may be removed from the junction box to shift the junction box.
4. Lock the screw sleeve of the outlet to meet the protection requirements.
5. After installation, the fasteners and connectors shall be checked for reliability, and the hand-rotating device shall be easily and painlessly.
1. The method of connection of the motor lead line should be as indicated on the nameplate or junction box cover.
2. The motor shall be properly grounded and there is a grounding device in the bottom right of the junction box.
3. The motor shall continue to observe its starting condition during the actual load operation, whether the sound is normal during operation, and whether the actual load current exceeds the specified value on the nameplate; After running 0.5 to 1 hour, the motor should be stopped to check whether the mechanical connection parts of the motor are loose, whether the bearings are overheated and leaking oil, and whether the fixed rotor is rubbed or not. If there is no abnormal situation, it should be used officially.
4. The motor can not guarantee continuous output of rated power when the frequency of the power supply is more than 1 % of the value on the nameplate or the voltage deviation is more than 5 %. Continuous working motors are not allowed to overload. When using Pidaichuandong, if the belt is too tight, it will reduce the bearing's service life or cause a broken shaft.
5. There shall be no intermittent or abnormal noise or vibration in the operation of an empty motor or load, and the temperature of the bearing shall not exceed 95 °C.
6. The motor can be added to the protection and short-circuit protection device according to the user's requirements. The user can adjust the fixed value of the protection device according to the nameplate current of the motor.
1.The motor shall be used for the rated value contained in the nameplate, and shall not be overloaded. Care shall be taken to clean and check to prevent moisture or foreign matter from entering the interior of the body.
2.When the motor is in operation, readings of the instrument thermometers concerned shall be kept on a regular basis and maintenance during operation shall be performed. At the same time, troubleshooting should also be recorded for future maintenance and overhaul for reference.
3.When the thermal protection and short-circuit protection of the motor continuously occur, it should be checked whether the fault comes from the motor or overload, or whether the protection device is too low.Only after the failure is eliminated can it be put into operation.
4.The motor shall be properly lubricated during operation and shall normally run for about 5,000 hours. The lubricating grease shall be supplemented or replaced(closed bearings need not be replaced during the service life). When it is found that the bearing is overheated or the grease has deteriorated, the lubrication grease should be replaced in time. When replacing the grease, the old grease should be removed, and the oil tank of the bearing and bearing cover should be cleaned with gasoline, and then the ZL-3lithium base grease should be filled with 2/3 of the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the bearing.
5.In order to eliminate the hidden danger of accidents of electric motors and ensure the quality of operation, electric motors should be regularly overhauled. Generally, they should be overhauled once every three months. Large overhauls should be performed once a year.Small overhauls should be used to remove dust and dirt from the outside of the machine, and the wiring boards should be kept clean so as not to accumulate dust and damp, generating electricity. Check whether the electrical coil insulation resistance, joints, grounding lines, fastening parts and transmission mechanism connection are loose. Eliminate the defects found. During a major overhaul, the motor should be taken apart. In addition to the minor overhaul project, the coil should be paid attention to, and the coil should be checked for integrity and damage. Clean the body inside and outside, check the bearing wear of the motor and update the grease.
6.Because of the complex wiring of the winding, it is advisable to contact the manufacturer and replace it with the manufacturer when replacing the winding. Changing the original design windings at will often worsens one or more of the motor's performance or even makes it impossible to use at all.
1. Damped Motors should be dried before use.
2. Electric motors that have been eroded by seawater should be cleaned with fresh water before drying.
3. During drying, the drying treatment temperature is not allowed to exceed 100 °C and the drying time is generally about 4 hours.
1. Storage Motors should be kept dry to avoid sharp changes in ambient temperature.
2. Storage Motors should not be piled up too high so as not to affect ventilation and damage the packaging of lower Motors.
3. The motor shall be protected from dumping or inversion during storage and transportation.
