The first learning and sharing exchange meeting in 2022

At 16:30 p.m. on June 21,  "The first learning sharing and exchange meeting in 2022" hosted by the group's learning promotion group was successfully held in the South plant of Allwin technology. A total of 84 people attended the meeting, including the chairman of the group, five senior executives and representatives of employees in three factory areas.

The meeting announced the list of award-winning employees of "the First Phase of Lean Learning for All Staff", and the award-winning representative employees made a speech:

Use lean tools to improve the quality of work, improve the cognitive landscape, actively explore in improvement projects, solve practical problems and enjoy it.

Make full use of fragmented time, repeatedly learn lean concepts, combine your actual work, treat work with lean thinking, keep improving and innovate.

There are also ten employees sharing learning: from "make me learn" to "I want to learn", from "learning lean micro-classes" to "implementing on-site improvement", from "participating in improvement" to "setting up their own projects", from "discovering problems When it comes" to "solving problems", combining theory with work, the wonderful sharing of ten workers moved every worker on site and won round after round of applause.

The five senior leaders gave them high praise and recognition, and encouraged everyone to: discover more problems, expose them, and solve them more efficiently; make full use of the sharing and communication platform provided by the company, accumulate the experience of improving learning in ordinary times, actively share and communicate, learn from each other and improve together; only by truly participating in the improvement of practice, the content of sharing can be more specific and detailed, more infectious and moving.

While affirming everyone's improvement achievements and wonderful sharing, the chairman focused on explaining the meaning of the group's "mission" - conveying the spirit of craftsmen and creating a better life together. Employees with craftsmanship are first-class employees, and enterprises with craftsmanship are first-class companies.
