Reading Sharing Session

Allwin held a reading sharing session recently, in which 16 workers took part in and shared their reading experience with us. 

The chairman of our company and six senior executives attended the meeting, and Mr. Liu Baosheng, the chief consultant of 

Shanghai Huizhi LEAN training, visited the venue for guidance.

The first sentence of the opening chapter of The Analects of Confucius, "It is a pleasure to learn and learn from time to time", 

expresses the importance of applying what you have learned. From the moment when everyone was born, everyone is 

learning, learning to do things, and learning to be a nice person. Learning to accumulate various knowledge and skills, 

learning to cut off the rotten ideas. Mr. Liu said that he liked Allwin this learning organization more and more,  he saw that 

people in this organization were growing, exploring, being more and more positive.

Sharing is not about being too much, but about being vivid and profound, applying what you have learned to practice. In the

process of application, you will experience the subtleties of theoretical knowledge, summarize your own insights and share 

them with everyone, this is more effective and impressive.

Hopefully that every book can become your strength to cope with challenges. Falling in love with reading and learning will 

become the most powerful help of your life. The answer to any question you encounter should be hidden in a certain book.
