The experience of learning policy and goal expansion

Listening to Teacher Liu’s explanation of the policy and goals this time, I have a deeper understanding than when I listened to it in 2021. Now it seems that many of the policy developments made last year cannot be implemented logically, and the consideration is relatively simple. I mainly have the following experience on the study this year:



 1. The policy and goal expansion method is a tool and method. Only by truly understanding the inner logic and connotation can it really play its role.


2. The formulation of strategies requires multi-angle thinking, must be able to implement, and cannot exceed actual capabilities. If the problem must be solved by exceeding the current ability, then put this strategy into the dimension of learning and growth, and improve our ability through half a year or one year, so as to complete the implementation of the strategy.



3. Strategies need to be discussed and agreed upon by relevant personnel. If a strategy cannot be agreed upon when it is formulated, execution will often suffer.


4. To formulate a strategy, we must first analyze the current situation, what has been done well in the past, what has been done poorly, and what is the problem that most affects the achievement of the goal. Proceed from reality and choose the most important point to make a breakthrough.


5. The deliverables corresponding to the strategy must be able to support the goals, rather than simply decomposing the goals. The results generated under the strategy are the performance or process evaluation points for the relevant executors. Only in this way can effective support be formed for the target.


6. There must be a logical relationship between the data of the deliverables and the goals. By completing the deliverables of the strategy, theoretical calculations can achieve the goals. Don't fail to guarantee the completion of the goal when the deliverable is designed.


7. Once the policy and target development strategy is determined, it is necessary to unswervingly carry out the PDCA cycle according to this, formulate inspection and inventory plans, find problems in time and make adjustments.
